About Morgan County Superior Court
The Morgan Superior Court, situated in the county seat of Calhoun County in Morgan, Georgia, is a government institution dedicated to resolving legal disputes in accordance with the law. Within Morgan Criminal Courts, the government initiates cases against defendants accused of breaking the law.

Duties of the Clerk of Superior Court
- Responsible directly to the people of Calhoun County for the administration of the office. Perform all duties prescribed by law in connection with the Superior Court
- Serve as Recorder of Deeds, mortgages and other instruments required by the Code of Georgia
- Hire and supervise personnel; prescribe working conditions
- Serve as Clerk of the Juvenile Court and Clerk of the Jury Commissioners
