No matter how careful and cautious you are, auto accidents can happen anyplace and anytime.

Such accidents in Georgia increase every year.

It is important to call the police if you were involved in an auto accident and get medical help. Don’t avoid examination, even if you don’t have visible injuries.

It is important to get a check out because it would later help you when you seek your claim.

Remember, without injuries or with a valid medical record, the insurance company would be in a great position to deny you the claim. If that happens, you would need a good attorney by your side.

If you were injured (even minor injuries) and ended up having your vehicle damaged, you should seek the help of a skilled and experienced car accident attorney.

Time is everything in cases like these (Georgia statute of limitations is two years). Act fast, and don’t let the statute of limitation deadline pass you by and limit your chance to get the claim.
