About Sylvester Municipal Court
The Sylvester Municipal Court is located in Sylvester, Georgia the county seat of Worth County and has jurisdiction over city ordinances and misdemeanor traffic offenses.
The Municipal Court convenes on the second Tuesday and fourth Monday of every month, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The court is also tasked with recording case dispositions and transmitting the entries to the Department of Driver Services.
