Dispossessories

Evictions, also known as dispossessories, are filed in Magistrate Court. To initiate the eviction process for your tenant, you must complete the necessary forms to submit your case.

Garnishments

Garnishments may ONLY BE FILED AFTER a judgment has been rendered by a judge or magistrate.

Writ of Possessions

A Writ of Possession, or foreclosure on property, is required to repossess goods when payment is not made as promised.

Small Claims

For Civil Claims of less than $15,000, you may file your complaint in Magistrate Court.
