About the Worth County Magistrate Court
Located in Worth County, Georgia, the jurisdiction of the Worth County Magistrate Court includes civil claims amounting to $15,000 or less, county ordinance violations, applications for and issuance of arrest and search warrants, preliminary hearings, dispossessory writs, and pre-warrants.
