About Smithville Municipal Court
The Smithville Municipal Court is an integral part of Georgia’s unified judicial system, providing judicial services specifically for the City of Smithville and had jurisdiction in Lee County, Georgia.
It is a government institution where legal disputes are resolved in accordance with the law.
